Please contact us with your order details before sending a piece back. We will review your request and provide the applicable next steps.

Eligible returns

Eligible, undamaged items may be returned within 15 days of delivery. Keep the original packaging and documents with the item.

Exclusions

Custom designs, engraved items, and resized or otherwise modified pieces are excluded from standard returns.

Quality concerns

Send clear photographs and a short description of the issue. Concerns such as loose prongs or metal breakage are reviewed in relation to the cause; damage from misuse is not covered as a defect. Normal wear and scratches are not defects.

Return shipment

Approved returns must use original packaging and USPS. Contact us first to confirm the return address and arrangements for your location. Do not send a return before receiving instructions.

Custom-cut diamonds

Returns involving custom-cut diamonds incur return shipping and customs duties, plus a 40% service fee deducted from the refund. Confirm the applicable terms before placing a custom-cut order.

Repair options and any applicable charges are reviewed for the individual item. Contact us with photographs and your order details.
